SPD Architect and development Consultants limited is headed by fellow Directors, Stephen Prismall Dip Arch RIBA, Paul Davies BSc (Hons) ARICS and Jim Molyneux FRICS, who between them have some 86 years of experience in housing and mixed use developments. Together they provide a full range of architectural, surveying and project management services, specialising in the residential market. Whether this is low-rise housing developments, specialist high-rise city apartments or mixed-use developments.

SPD Ltd provides a one-stop shop service, through a single point of contact, all consultancy services required by any busy developer. Working with the client team to provide, monitor, report on and action all consultancy services required for any particular development. The facilities provided are comprehensive and all encompassing, covering initial site investigation, through conceptual design, full working drawing packages to post occupation mediation and remediation as well as the plethora of ancillary services required, pre acquisition, pre contract and during the construction phase.

The services are packaged in such a way that the client (Developer) can opt to take up the full range of services or cherry pick as many or as few consultancy services as required, particular to any project.
