• Advice and evaluation of the Client's brief
• Obtaining all necessary consents; Building Regulations, NHBC and/or Zurich and current British & European standards
• Production of the technical information necessary to facilitate construction including standard and bespoke detailing
• Co-ordinate the working drawing package in conjunction with your supply chain
• Co-ordination and delivery of Design Risk Assessments which focus on residual risks associated with the design
