Drawing from the extensive hands-on experience of our architectural and technical team within national, volume house-builders, the company has substantial understanding of residential and mixed developments, lending a co-ordinated and knowledgeable approach to meeting the Client's needs. Our design will always consider buildability, quality and integral Health & Safety issues relative to the structures and the environment in which they are located.

• Advice and evaluation of the Client's brief
• Advice on survey and site investigation requirements and the co-ordination with appropriate consultants
• Advise Client and Design Team on their legal and Health & Safety obligations and deliverables
• Feasibility studies to establish design principals and development capacity
• Obtaining all necessary planning consents
• Preparation of outline schemes and final design proposals
• Advice on, and implementation of, tender and contract procedures
• Co-ordination and delivery of Design Risk Assessments which focus on residual risks associated with the design
• Project inspection and management through to completion of the project
